The inclusion of artistry from the outset of public and private projects is important to the practice. Collaboration between artist and architect contributes in some way to all our projects. Interpretation of architectural concepts, expression of function, dialogue with context and abstraction of ideas are all found potential in projects and become sources of inspiration. Over the last ten years collaboration with Artist Bill Porteous has produced positive and beautiful nuance in the production of the practice, a body of public artworks, and the works of the individuals.
